Prices based on number of rooms and level of furnishings. There is an additional charge of £10 for extra rooms. Each set of stairs and landings are classed as one room. Each garden (front/back) is classed as one room. Reports are sent to every party. Excessive crockery/utensils have an additional cost of £25. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of a cancellation or an appointment is missed, there is a £65 cancellation fee to cover travel time & cost and lost revenue.
